I have been using Conway Phillips for almost 20 years, for myself and my 3 children. The advice and patience they have given over the years is worth its weight in gold. I know that I could get ‘cheaper’ glasses elsewhere however I pay extra to be treated like a customer not a number. I am never disappointed with their service and what I love is that the staff know my kids by their first names and treat them like family. I couldn’t recommend them higher if you are looking for an optician that prides itself on putting the customer first.

Both the staff on reception and the optometrist I saw seemed genuinely interested in their customers, and I was delighted by how they “went the extra mile”, taking the time to look into my additional questions. A five-star experience!
The MSC Office
Absolutely fantastic! Thorough eyesight test followed by a very good range of frames, especially large ones for me (a very good selection). They were able to provide the all-singing all-dancing lenses (varifocal, tinted, reactolite etc.). They were also fitted AND didn’t need any later adjustment (which is a first for me!).
All in all, it made updating my specs a pleasure for the first time ever!!!!!!
