When visiting an optician, we all know that it's better to know exactly who you're dealing with.
At Conway Phillips, we believe that for you to trust us completely with the care of your eyesight, you'll need to get to know us as people.

Elena Dold graduated from Aston University in Birmingham in 2011. She joined Conway Phillips as a newly qualified optometrist. Cups of tea frequently go stone cold in her consulting room as she concentrates on her patient and forgets about herself. When asked what she does for a living, Elena would say "I make people happy." Outside of work, Elena enjoys stargazing, reading and cooking.
